We try to keep overheads to a minimum by utilising volunteers - a role that's very rewarding!
We're a relatively small, but growing Charity, and receive no Government funding, which is why it's vitally important that we make the best use of the funds that you, our wonderful supporters, raise for our Mobile Chemotherapy Unit project. And in our quest to try to keep overheads to a minimum, we work with a wonderful team of volunteers from around the United Kingdom, who help us in so many ways, and who tell us how rewarding they find their role, in raising awareness of, and funds for our MCU project.
Below are a selection of volunteering roles that you might be interested in helping us with, and you might be interested in reading our volunteer Newsletters, 'Going the Extra Mile'.
Pictured above are Peter and Sue Thompson from Malmesbury, North Wiltshire, who volunteered at one of our Charity Polo Days, very kindly manning our Shop for us and raising funds through the sale of various Hope for Tomorrow merchandise.
