You might know that one of our Mobile Chemotherapy Units costs the Charity £260,000 to launch, including the provision of at least one Nurses Support Vehicle to each of our NHS Trust Partners, to allow the nursing team to travel to and from the daily treatment location of the Unit, along with any additional supplies or equipment that is needed. But did you know that only 4% of the Charity's income is spent on governance costs and related admin? This means that for every £1 you donate, 96p goes towards charitable purposes or the capital costs of new and replacement Mobile Chemotherapy Units.
You can give with confidence when donating to Hope for Tomorrow, as we are registered with, and regulated by the FundRaising Standards Board. This means that as a Charity, we are not only accountable, but can prove our ethical credentials, and this is great news for you, our valued supporters.

Help Equip a Unit:
Just £29 is enough to buy a kettle for one of our Mobile Chemotherapy Units (MCUs), which allows not only the nursing staff and MCU driver to have hot refreshing drinks throughout the day, but also the patients.
£47 funds a digital radio, which patients find are a pleasure to listen to whilst they are undergoing treatment on the Unit.
A nurses stool can be funded for just £75, and this allows the nursing team to prepare patients to receive their treatment, without having to bend over, and they can move around on the stool with ease.
Blood pressure monitors, multi-storey trolleys and treatment chairs are understandably very important on board our Units, and if you wish to donate a little more, you can fund equipment like this to enable the nursing teams to carry out their vital work...

However much you are able to donate, we'd like to thank you on behalf of the many cancer patients throughout the UK that our Units, and our NHS Trust Partner teams, are helping on a daily basis.
